Stuart’s history with Rakuten Marketing began when he became the CEO of Rakuten Fits Me, a data and personalisation company serving Fortune 1000 brands and retailers. Rakuten Fits Me made great strides under Stuarts leadership expanding its client portfolio and accelerated product innovation, done so by transitioning to a software-as-a-service organisational structure. The company continued its growth, expanding globally to Asia in 2015 and the U.S. in 2017.
In this podcast Stuart brings his impressive background forward as he touches on key trends in consumer behaviour, the biggest challenges marketers will face in 2018, and the impact that omni-channel marketing strategies will have this year and beyond.
